It is very important for the beginner that your focus be on doing the exercise properly. And you will achieve this by moving slowly enough with full control. Let the first part of the movement last for 2-3 seconds, so do the second part. Example squat - you go down in duration in two seconds, you go back in duration in three seconds. Count to 5 in total.
If you are using an extra load then it should be minimal in the beginning and you do not have a feeling of discomfort which is something heavy and therefore sacrifice the form of movement.
There will come a time when you will be stepping up your load and not in a hurry with those things.
For starters, you work large muscle groups, your entire body at each workout. If you are doing both cardio and weights, then it always comes with the first warm-up, the main part of the workout related to weight training or simply exercise with the load of your own body, then you can optionally cardio and then cooling plus stretching.
Although it is not necessary to do stretching after a workout, you can take it apart for a special day, but in practice it happens to be left out completely, so it is not a bad thing to set yourself mandatory after a workout, as this is a way of doing it regularly .
Stick to one plan for 4-6 weeks, then change accordingly.
